Facebook Marketing

Defines Objectives

Set some goals for your Facebook marketing campaign. You can launch your campaign on a trial basis if you are not sure how your audience will react to it. Once you get a better idea of how interested your customers are, you should set some reasonable goals for your campaign.

Interact with your fans

Interact with your fans regularly so you know what it is they want. If people post things on your page, take note. Many successful businesses have gotten several marketing ideas from the public.

Never ignore your fans since they are the reason that you have gotten as successful as you are up to this point.

If you have nothing valuable to say to your audience, do not say anything. People do not want to visit your page and be treated to information that is useless and/or dated. if you do not have anything relevant and unique to talk about, try sharing links or videos that are in the same niche.

Have a discount

Have a discount or a freebie on your Facebook page is a great way to increase followers. People love freebies. Offering a freebie or other discount will encourage your followers to share the offer.

When people share your offer, you are exposing your business to additional customers that may not have heard of you.

Know what your goals are. Why do you want to use Facebook marketing?

What do you hope to accomplish with it. Before you get started, it is very important that you take the time to clearly define your goals. Decide on an effective strategy. Try to get it right the first time.

Share links

Use Facebook to share links to your site. You should try writing weekly articles or launching a video blog so you can create more content on a regular basis.

Your audience will subscribe to your updates on Facebook if you create quality content. Make sure you mention your Facebook campaign in your articles or videos.

If you have a follower complaining on your Facebook page, try your best to resolve the issue publicly. This will let others know that you are a reputable business and will handle all of your obligations. If you cannot resolve a dispute with a customer publicly, try handling it in private.

Do not let the excitement over your page die down. Commit yourself to updating at least a few times a week. If you do not, your followers are going to feel neglected and they probably will not follow you or your products as passionately. Once you set up a page, you have to be committed to its maintenance.

Current audience

Don’t forget about your existing audience. A lot of people concentrate so much on getting new likes and fans that they forget about the fans they already have. For powerful Facebook marketing, you need an audience that feels respected. That leads to real engagement in your brand, so don’t forget about these champions of yours!

If you are going to share images with your fan base, make sure that you know exactly who or what is being portrayed. Posting a picture of one person and saying it is someone else is a very terrible faux pax. It may give people the idea that they are not individuals in your eyes.

Be careful of any images you post as ads, as only 20% of the image can be actual text. If you end up submitting an image which has more than 20% text, it will be rejected and you’ve wasted your time.

Be creative and create an image which captures your audience’s attention.

Never buy Facebook fans to make you look bigger than you are. It may be tempting to throw down some cash to buy your way in to big fan numbers, but it never turns out the way you want.

Those hallow fans bring nothing to the table, and people who are in the business can see through this tactic in a heartbeat. It’s never worth it.
